The first step to receive assistance is to apply for State Emergency Relief (SER) assistance at MI Bridges. BWCA has navigators that are able to navigate them through the process of application and creating an account if they require it. Applying for State Emergency Relief ensures that you are maximizing the amount of assistance possible.
Additional Information
- Applicant must be a St. Clair County resident and must meet current income guidelines.
- Applicant must provide shut-off or past due notice from their utility provider.
- Applicant must provide the State Emergency Relief or Denial Letter dated within the last 30 days.
- Other program guidelines may apply.
