Financial Literacy
The Financial Literacy class is typically six to eight hours long and covers the following topics: the value of your money, how to track your income and expenses, financial products, savings, credit, the basics of borrowing, creating and sticking to a spending plan, how to protect your identity, fair housing, preparing for disasters, and much more!
This FREE class is open to residents of St. Clair, Sanilac, Huron, Lapeer, Tuscola, and Macomb counties. To register for an upcoming session, please contact us using the information listed on the right-hand side of this page or call our main office phone at 810-982-8541.
We also offer an online version of this class covering the topics of managing your personal finances and understanding credit, savings, and spending. This online class is titled “Money Management” and can be taken for a fee of $50 by following this link: https://www.ehomeamerica.org/bwcaa
