Homebuyer Education and Counseling

The Homebuyer Education class walks you through the process of homeownership from start to finish; this class is typically five to six hours. Topics covered during the class include, but are not limited to the following: types of home loans, credit requirements, determining affordability, what costs to expect, the importance of receiving a home inspection, mortgage terms, working with a realtor, budgeting, saving, goal-setting, protecting your investment, fair housing, and much more!
