Blue Water Community Action’s Foreclosure Prevention Program assists homeowners communicate with their mortgage company regarding work-out options for past due payments. BWCA’s Foreclosure Prevention Program also helps homeowners pursue work-out options with their local Treasurer regarding delinquent property taxes. This program does NOT have funds to bring anyone current on their mortgage or property taxes. These services are FREE and available to residents of St. Clair, Sanilac, Huron, Lapeer, Tuscola, and Macomb counties.
