Location: Blue Water Community Action – 3403 Lapeer Road, Port Huron
Residents needing relief from the heat may visit any St. Clair County Library branch during regular business hours.
Additional cooling locations include the Mid City Nutrition Soup Kitchen, many local fire departments, and municipal offices.
